TOS entered into force on 4th of July 2019.

Payment Terms

We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer as payment method for the goods. Orders are being sent upon receiving the full payment. Please note, that international wire transfers can take up to 2 working days. All items (except special orders) bought with bank transfer apply for a 5% discount (additional or higher discounts also possible due to limited time promotions). Our Euro account is in a German Bank and the currency is Euro only.

Shipping and Processing Times

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible – usually in 2-3 days. In case of a delay you will be notified immediately. Every item which has an extended processing time is marked that it takes us a bit longer to ship it out, so please read the whole product descriptions. This rule mostly applies to some of the more complicated items like WTC KITs and ARTFs, which have processing time of a week.

We do our best when choosing delivery methods, but we cannot guarantee delivery or shipment dates. We recommend using the DHL service as it’s our safest and fastest method of delivery.

All orders are shipped to the delivery address stated in the PayPal delivery field – no exceptions. If the payment was done by Bank Transfer orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the clients by email and we always confirm it before shipping out.

If the package looks damaged we strongly suggest not to collect the parcel and contact us. If the package looks normal, but the content is damaged, please contact us immediately. To make a return of a damaged or faulty goods we need a photo of the product, photo of  the box and a damage report signed by the courier.

For international orders, you are also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Still, we will always try to help!

We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage resulting from shipments sent to incorrect, invalid addresses provided by the customer. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office/DHL sorting centres/work place, etc. If a package is returned/rejected because of the clients fault, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay the re-shipping fee.

Return Policy

We always try our best  to deliver a high quality, functional product. However, if you are not happy with your RCshipyard product you may always return it back to us for a full refund of the products price!

This must be done within 14 days upon receiving your parcel and the product must be unused with all included accessories. If there will be items missing or some of the items will have signs of usage (or assembly), we will have to lower the refund value. We greatly recommend sending the items back in original packaging, as we cannot be responsible for the shipping damage of the items which are being returned to us – package insurance is highly recommended.

Special orders – items not listed in the shop, for example custom ordered WTCs, custom end caps designed and made based on clients instructions and other items non listed in the shops don’t apply for a full refund.

We do not accept crashed, damaged parts or items which have been modified or after self-repair attempts.

We do not refund shipping back costs. If a return is desired, items need to be shipped to our main workshop which is based in Warsaw – Poland.

Warranty

If you’ll ever have a problem with any of our products – please contact us. We’ll always try to help.

RCshipyard.com is liable to the Client, if the item is sold with natural or legal defect. If a product has a defect, we will do all the necessary repairs or simply replace the item free of charge.

Warranty time is 12 months.

Products with a self attempt repairs or self modified may not be liable to warranty, but we will always try to help.

Items damaged due to an incorrect usage or incorrect storage do not apply to warranty conditions.

Client has to deliver the item to us on his own cost. If the warranty conditions apply we will send the item back free of charge.

Disputes 

We will do our best to resolve any disputes with you, however if we cannot agree on solution, all the disputes will be resolved by arbitration within the Polish Courts Law (Poland is a part of Europe Union).
