So what are those modules?!
Modules are internal parts of the WTC, which you slide on the guiding rods. Modules allow for quick and easy setting up your own WTC providing mounting points for servos, batteries, pumps and etc.
Every WTC, no matter who’s the manufacturer, consists of: two end caps which keep the water out, internal modules which house servos, pumps batteries etc and of course a polycarbonate tube. What varies is the type and the number of modules between the two end caps (inside). The overall length of the WTC depends on the space available in your hull.
The modular system is great, because you don’t have to make the desired WTC yourself. Just choose how many and what kind of modules you want to use, keeping mind the length of the WTC you’ll be able to fit into your models hull.
You can arrange the modules freely and you can chage your mind almost at any time:
There are many types and kinds of WTC modules:
- different end caps (different types for the bow and stern)
- motor modules (geared, brushless or brushed)
- battery modules (differed battery type and size)
- pump and ballast tank modules (different size of the ballast tank space)
